Kirsty is a chartered accountant and has advised SME clients on corporate finance matters & transactions for around 15 years, including having set up several corporate finance departments for regional firms of accountants.

“It never ceases to amaze me how so many general practice firms just aren’t providing an adequate and proactive service to their clients, by not offering a full range of corporate finance advisory products. If you can’t provide your client with solutions to all of their commercial issues, will another firm in the region be able to lure them away?”
